Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the www.divvie.co and Divvie LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Divvie LLC include www.divvie.co and Divvie, the mobile application. Any references to Divvie refer to both the Divvie mobile application and related website(s). The Divvie website, www.divvie.co, is a landing page for the video collaboration mobile application: Divvie. By using the Divvie mobile application and website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Divvie may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. Divvie may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Divvie. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Divvie website.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Divvie's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

Divvie encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Divvie so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Divvie is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Divvie website.

Use of your Personal Information

Divvie collects and uses your personal information to operate its mobile application and/or website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

Divvie may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Divvie and its affiliates. Divvie may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Divvie does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Divvie may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email, or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Divvie, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Divvie will also listen to user feedback and possibly respond to feedback.

Divvie may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Divvie mobile application, in order to determine what Divvie services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Divvie to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. Furthermore, Divvie may analyze IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent per pages, links clicked and conversion information.

Divvie will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Divvie or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Divvie; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Divvie, or the public.

Divvie may share your information in some or any of the following ways:

-Share with other users when you collaborate with them and/or contribute to content on the Divvie mobile application

-With users and others who view your in-app profile or website profile, which includes your name/username

-In order to investigate potential violations of Divvie Terms of Service to protect Divvie, its intellectual rights, and its users

-When people try to "Find" you within the app

-With your consent or at your direction

Use of Cookies

The Divvie website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. When you return to the same Divvie website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Divvie features that you customized.

If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Divvie services or websites you visit.

Children Under Thirteen

Divvie does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this mobile application and/or website.

Changes to this Statement

Divvie will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Divvie encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Divvie is protecting or using your information. Divvie will continue to release updates to its functionality and give its users more control of his/her privacy settings. Currently, all content created and shared on Divvie is considered to be viewable by the public, particularly if it is shared to/on other social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and/or other sites/applications.

Device Information

There are certain features that require Divvie to access user's native phonebook contact information. By choosing to find friends and or invite friends to your Divvies through your phonebook contact list, you are transmitting these phone numbers to Divvie for in- app use.

Push Notifications/Alerts

Divvie may send push notifications or alerts to user mobile devices in connection with use of the Divvie mobile application. By creating a Divvie account, users agree to these notifications.
